Trailer park/condo hoa
The park itself is clean with well-maintained grounds. Many here don't fair well with retirement, too much time on their hands to not mind their own business. There are dogs here over 30 lbs and some are pit bulls. Units were sold to people in there 40's if your a snowbird. There are units that are rented in here part-time that are not grandfathered in. Not everyone receives a so-called orientation. Full-timers are treated differently than snowbirds.
