Unfortunate neighbor & Tanuri Hills HOA not taking care of the yard for the community
Sorry to have to report that the HOA for Tanuri Hills does not seem to watch out for the homes that violate the rules of the association. This is to include brush and trash in the front yard (fire hazard & eye sore) a car chassis with wheels in the yard, and a electrical line running from the box on the street to the back yard. Electrical hazard perhaps?? Sorry to report, but something should be done for the benefit for all of those in the community that do comply. Also, this can bring the home value down not just for them, but for all in the neighborhood Hope this feedback helps correct the situation.
