Terramar

Terramar has two major parks, including its self-entitled Terramar Park. This park is situated near the schools along the southern end of the community. It features a large open greenspace that can be used for playing soccer or hosting a special event, making it a popular outdoor spot for large gatherings and activities. The park also has a large playground as well as a picnic and barbecue area. The other park within the community is the Palo Verde Park. This park is located in the upper west end of the community and includes a half basketball court, large playground, and plenty of greenspace. The park also features a beautiful large patio with a striking compass spiral design. Along its curve is an ornate pergola that shades the seating area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Another feature of the community is the Weir Wash Trail. This trail is a rustic pathway that starts in the upper eastern corner of Terramar and cuts down and across the community, providing residents with a scenic route to enjoy the natural elements of the surrounding area. It's also a great resource for those who enjoy mountain biking.
