Terre Fair

Terre Fair is a friendly neighborhood with young families, families with teens & older couples whose kids grew up in Terre Fair. Most residents have lived here for years since it’s such a great neighborhood. We have events year round such as a book club, a summer picnic and summer evening block parties so everyone knows their neighbors. The kids ride their bikes all over the safe neighborhood and grow up together in our great schools. We have covenants that keep the properties looking nice but not enough to limit your options. Our Board works hard to take care of regular maintenance, monitor any issues that might impact the neighborhood and keep the common areas looking good. There is a large group of committed volunteers that do everything from social events to a neighborhood directory to monitoring drainage. A really nice neighborhood in a great town.
