Designed for singles with one car only

Limited parking, beyond limited you get either a detached garage or carport with your unit. Forget about using clubhouse for parties due to No Parking. Tow trucks keep you awake at night as they tow daily & average about 6-8 trips in any given night, it’s obnoxious & down right bullying. Lastly if you decide to have visitors just ask them to call you once they’ve parked at the top of hill to pick them up like a lyft to get safely to your home.
