Loud Noise
Depending on where your unit is facing -- there's a generator/ air compressor right outside my window that goes off every 3-5 hrs. Every single night it goes off ard 2 or 3 AM for about 10 min each time. And maintenance, bunch of lazy guys, informed me that they won't shut it off. So you might want to spend the night in the unit before deciding if you want to rent/ buy it. You definitely can't miss the sound, so loud!
