The Colony - Somethings to keep in mind

Teri P
The Colony is a beautiful neighborhood and the neighbors are great! A couple of things that potential buyers should know is that the HOA is run by the developer. The Home Owners do not have any say in how funds or the community are handled. Also, the neighborhood does have a gate - However the gate is open daily 7 days a week during the day and is only closed after dark. The HOA/Developers do not want to inconvenience Sitterly their preferred builder and realtors from having to get access codes. It is a safe neighborhood for the most part, but there have been some vandalism and small car robberies of late.
