Needs Painting
Years ago the buildings were maintained well and they were painted a light cream color which was very nice to look at. Now they are painted a worn out shade of rust, which is completely horrible to look at. Hint to building management and board of directors, paint the buildings back to the original light cream color to raise the value of the property. Why have you not done this sooner. It looks terrible as it is.
