HOA Parking restrictions are a huge plus

Orion K
The neighborhood is fantastic, the neighbors are nice, grounds well-kept. The street parking is totally packed more often than not so I'm actually grateful to the HOA and the community patrol guy for enforcing those rules and keeping the street parking clear for actual guests.

Terrible HOA

Terrible hoa. Parking anywhere but your garage is prohibited and only for guest. They give you specific parking location that is never available or blocked off. There are also no signs stating this so this is easily fightable If case did rise. This is an ok complex, just mind your own business and be very aware of there restrictions and guidelines.

HOA Parking Is Terrible

Overall HOA is okay. They are overly strict on parking, clearly a big chunk of where the HOA dues go towards. You have parking next to your house, which apparently is prohibited for the people who live there to park at guest only. You have parking at the pool, which is also prohibited for people that live there to park at. The only place for residence to park at is on the gardens loop circle. Which might I add, they recently blocked off a quarter of the area off. So again nowhere for local residents to park. If you have more then one car in your house hold you are probably going to learn real quick that parking here at the Gardens is a big issue. Just outrageous. Iv had visitors come over for less then 20 minutes and have warning tags on there car. My roommate who has a older car, they continuously tag his car, and even towed it, merely because it looks old and doesn't belong.
