The Gardens Of Forest Lakes

Sample of what to expect here: Residents here at The Gardens of Forest Lakes stole a CVS cart and left on the road within the property of The Gardens of Forest Lakes. Someone pushed the cart onto our neighboring communities property and I put it back on property of The Gardens of Forest Lakes twice now, since it’s our responsibility and it just gets push back onto our neighboring communities property. It’s been left there by entrance of our community for everyone to see for last month and half. Question the HOA on who is responsible for leaks in the common wall and exterior walls, which none of this is being taken care of by the Association for me after number of emails to management with no response by management. Also I would ask who’s responsibility it is to cleaning out the dryer vent that are in the common wall witch is a fire hazard and I did my own it was clogged with lint. I tried cleaning out one of neighbors and it was so jammed with lint I was not able to clean it out.

For over a month at the entrance to The Garden to Forest Lakes their a large number of tree branch debris alone with a stolen CVS cart. Sent pictures to management and no one called me back or done anything about it. Also emailed management theirs a water leaks in the common wall and my front door frames on ground floor are rotting out from rain water running inside the exterior walls and nothing been done about it. Most all the ground floor units door frames are rotting out from probably the same problem.
