The Glen

The Glen is a real nice condo complex. I’ve been living here for about 10 years now. The units are well designed to use every inch of space and every unit comes with at least 1 single garage. Most units have high ceilings which is a plus! There’s guest parking and no permits to fuss about. The HOA is a bit high but the neighborhood is well kept. The trees throughout the neighborhood are beautiful and it’s a nice area to take a walk. The park is nearby too. The only downside is there are some sewer roaches (huge) that really does come out at night around the parking lots and sometimes finds itself in the dwelling. Also there seems to be a few renters (younger perhaps college students) and sometimes leaves trash in the parking lots. There arent too many family with children living here. Also many new neighbors are Korean.
