Love the neighborhood
Having owned in here for almost 10 years we have seen this area grow up around us and it has turned into one of the main hubs in Gilbert. The shopping and dining is incredibly convenient (Sprouts, Costco, Panera Bread to name a few) but the community amenities are what did it for us. Lots of pools, lakes, and community parks. So much to do in such a great location.
