Downtown, much different than before

San Jose has changed so much from the past 5 years, now we have San Pedro Square with many eateries, cold brews, bars, sushi restaurants and more!! Not to mention SAP center where the Sharks play, concerts and etc. If you are looking for Luxury High Rise living, look no further than the AXIS condo building, check out some listings at AXIS1115.com and AXIS1719.com to get an idea. If you love coffee, stop by Philz coffee next to SJSU, or grab a burrito with orange sauce at La Vics. Want a great place to have a meeting, stop by the Urban area of Japantown and hang out at Roy's station for coffee and a spam musubi.

Hidden Gem & Continuously Growing

San Jose will always be San Francisco's little sister, which became abundantly clear to me when my coworkers in my San Jose office would say "I'm going to The City tonight." Although San Jose doesn't have the reputation of San Francisco, it has a lot to offer in its own right. Downtown is walkable, with a decent selection of cool bars including SP2, The Haberdasher, an underground "speak easy," and Original Gravity, a pub with 2 ever changing beer menus. South First Fridays are always fun, and San Pedro Square is a local hangout with something for everyone.
