Not worth it!
Save your pennies, move elsewhere. The neighborhood is awful. Unsupervised children running all over the place, touching other people's property day and night. You hear gun shots in and around the area regularly. Minimal landscaping. Boarded up clubhouse. Dogs swim in the pool. The place is unsightly. Little to nothing is being done by the board to fix any of these issues. I wouldn't buy or rent from this place.
