The Pine Ridge Club

Rude and inconsiderate: We entered a contract on Pine Ridge fixer-upper and the association took our $300 in application fees - then took 15 business days (over 3 weeks!) to "process" before telling us our daughter did not qualify solely due to her age (21 years.) They could have told us this up front! When we called about status checks were told "I'll try to get to that." We initially planned to close the same day her previous condo sold so our daughter lived out of a suitcase for over a month due to costly and unnecessary delays. If this is any indication of the kind of service we could expect, we are quite glad not to move our daughter to Pine Ridge.
