BEWARE

Neighbors tell on each other. Advertise amenities they do not have. No tennis courts. Only a pool and "club house". HOA will harass you. HOA will sneak on your property. Absolutely 100% not a family friendly neighborhood. The worst neighborhood I have ever lived in. If your over 55 and retired you will not be harassed by HOA. Houses overpriced, undersized, HOA overbearing on select people, neighbors are retired and there are a few that will tell on your every little thing. The sales history and unhappy people there speaks for itself. in 3 years still only few homes and of them several have left and leaving. Buyer Beware.
