I have lived in two rentals and FINALLY purchased in the Reserve at Bishops Park. The entire siding and roofs were replaced AND all windows were replaced approximately a year ago. Work is being done now to replace sidewalks and to create better drainage throughout the property. Weekly landscaping services. Chimney inspections when required/needed. Walk to Cameron Village, Glenwood South or downtown. Neighbors are nice and helpful. I feel very safe here although always encourage everyone to be aware and mindful.
I have found management responsive and kind. They are doing their jobs and sometimes there are differences in opinion, but if we speak kindly and listen patiently, we have a productive relationship.
This is home.
Fantastic location, awful management
Great neighborhood, convenient to everything to love about Raleigh. Shops, restaurants, parks, entertainment. Big windows, lots of light, plenty of space. The HOA and management treat this property as a poorly run apartment complex. Lots of rules, little respect.
