Kokes is a great local builder. We felt very confident after meeting the builders and going through their process was seamless. They are very accommodating and easy to work with. The house turned out perfect! It's a great neighborhood and the builder also did great with the clubhouse. We try to support local companies when we can so we felt great investing in a Kokes home.
