The place we bought here last spring needed a lot of work, mostly cosmetic like replacing all the carpet and painting. We also completely redid the master bath (it also had carpet) and had our kitchen cabinets painted. Everything turned out great and we love the location of this neighborhood. It's gated for privacy and the views are outstanding. We ended up spending more than we wanted but that always happens with real estate.
