About The Springs

“At Home With Nature” is the The Springs’s slogan, and nothing could be more true. It’s located at the southeast corner of the Wekiva River Conservation Area and built around one of Florida’s largest natural springs, hence the name. It is spread over 400 acres teeming with flora and fauna. In the preserved area that cuts through the middle of the community, it’s common to find trees over a hundred years old and all sorts of active wildlife along the banks of the Little Wekiva River. Living in The Springs, it’s easy to forget that all the modern, urban conveniences are right outside the community. Plenty of dining and shopping is just minutes away along SR434 and Wekiva Springs Rd. Getting to downtown Orlando only takes 20 minutes via I-4 which has an access ramp just outside of the community.
