The Townes At Buckwalter

The neighborhood is quite nice aesthetically speaking. It has a beautiful pond and very very clean. That’s about the only good thing about the neighborhood due to the HOA. They impose SO many rules based on their own desires as opposed to the good of the neighborhood. They hold secret meetings to decide on rules for the neighborhood and are very unprofessional. The management company does not help and let’s the HOA do whatever they want. I couldn’t imagine buying my own home just to be told I can’t swim in the pool when I want, can’t have my garage open, can’t decorate how I’d like and tons of other ridiculous rules.
