Dogs allowed, but board and some owners are openly hostile toward dog families. Poor communications. Unfriendly.
I just made the move here this spring after selling our large family home. I've been in this area for many years so I didn't want to venture too far from my friends and family. The house I picked had to be in a maintenance-free community so this fit the bill. I like that it's a smaller neighborhood, it feels safe and my neighbors are nice.
