Wonderful
This is a wonderful, small gated community right on the Stone Oak Park greenbelt! The homes are large and spacious, the location is close to everything you could want - shopping, dining, leisure, golf course, etc.
Rentals
Landlords need to enforce HOA and keep up the lawns in this community. Too many rentals are keeping me from investing. Especially when the lawns are looking pretty shoddy for Stone Oak.
