Lovingly lived here for a few years. Great biking/walking distance to the university, grocery store, and coffee shop, corner store, and restaurants. Kept to myself and loved my little home.

After reading the review from Katie I had to share my thoughts! I have stayed here for 4 years and I can agree to the lighting comment. However, every thing else she went completely overboard. I’ve never seen broken glass in the area where I walk my dog. The dumpster is going to look bad? What do you except trash goes in it! Who would have thought to discuss a dumpster! Let’s be honest here. The townhomes are located in a great area. Plenty of places to eat. Walmart is walking distance. It’s quiet. Hardly no kids running around. If your a millennial this is the place for you. Everyone is pretty young, nice, and helpful. It’s dog friendly complex and it’s affordable! Regardless if you rent or own. There are areas of improvement such as lighting. Dog Stations with Poop bags. Assigned Parking for Residents Guest parking Besides that! This place is not Gross! Please do not rely on Katie review! If it was that bad you would ask why does she stay here!?

I lived here for a year and have to say it's the dirtiest place I've ever lived. Maintenace rarely cleans the area, and there's broken glass all in grassy area for pets. The 1 dumpster is disgusting and has molding furniture and mattresses sitting there for months on end. Not to mention, there's NO lighting for ANY area of this property unless other residents leave their porch lights on. HIGHLY don't recommend.
