Awesome community!
We love living in Calavera Hills! There are many different neighborhoods within Calavera, so it has something for everybody. Small townhomes to large two-story single family detached homes. We love hiking with our kid in the trails and spend a lot of time at the community parks. The Recreation Department of Carlsbad has a park and facilities in Calavera. Basketball (indoor and outdoor), baseball fields, tennis courts, play structures, grills with picnic areas and more. It's just four miles from the beach and just a couple miles from the lagoon. It's just a great place to live!!
Great neighborhood for families!
Have friends that live here and when we stayed for a couple of days to visit our kids had such a great time in the neighborhood. Some homes are a little older but you get so much yard for SoCal and you can't beat the location to the beach, Legoland; and shopping is right around the corner. Would recommend this neighborhood to anyone looking for a great lifestyle for their family.
