The Woodlands

Current homeowner in the neighborhood for the last 7 years. The neighborhood has gone through many transitions. Currently the majority of the homeowners who bought the houses back in 2006 have long gone and what remains are a lot of rentals that are owned by not home owners but companies. With this in mind the neighborhood has suffered. It's quite obvious when you see the community that it's on a downturn rather upturn considering today's current home buyer's market. The neighborhood has an h o a who charges $600 annually but from looking at the neighborhood you would never know that one existed at all. The community has a lot of potential but unfortunately there is a lack of will amongst is current residence. Lawn Care is not a priority within this neighborhood.
