Board is a joke!
The board for this townhome association is a joke. They fine their residences for having 4 cars parked in YOUR driveway that YOU pay property tax for. Doesn’t matter if 4 cars fit in your driveway (not crossing sidewalk) they fine you. Also they’re too cheap to get a better landscaper/snow company. Snow removal is a mess and the landscaping is nothing special. So where is our HOA dues going to?
