Disappointed. Weak leadership which allows bullying groups to take run the show. Moved here a few years ago and wish we had gone somewhere else in the county.

Very overcrowded!! I think there are 1,400 students crammed into a small middle school that needs drastic renovations. Not just that, but the majority of the teachers give out an overwhelming amount of homework. Shortage of tables in the cafeteria as well. Lunch times super short, and the line to get a lunch is always very long. I've ended up sitting alone on days that the seats are filled next to my friends. Very old building, fire department has to come several times throughout the school year due to the fire alarm system malfunctioning. Traffic on Murray Lane and Granny White Pike is horrible when commuting to/from school, as well as the abundance of teenage drivers make it dangerous. I've almost been run over multiple times when walking to/from campus. Thank goodness I graduated 8th grade last year so I never have to return. I'm not one to complain, but the outstanding, prestigious school it is advertised as is not the school it really is. Hopefully something can be done to make this school one that I would WANT to attend.

it’s not a good school. the school cares more about its image rather than its students. also, drugs and other illegal stuff is at bms and bhs. as a former student, please do not let your kids attend here if you can.

I have since pulled my child out of Williamson county and put her in metro and she seems much happier there. The administration are control freaks. I highly recommend metro Nashville schools where they have a handle on their kids and the schools are not completely overcrowded and they know how to handle bullying.
