Where to Live
Tobin Hill is directly north of downtown San Antonio and is part of the Midtown District. For a grand and stately home, check out the Tobin Hill Historic District. There you will find 4,000 + square feet of Victorian and Neo-Classical mansions. If a mansion is not in your budget, the historic district does have Craftsman bungalows and condos as well. The neighborhood also has housing options in their arts and entertainment districts, providing a more casual and dynamic lifestyle.
Where to Eat
With so many great restaurants in the Tobin Hill neighborhood, you really don't need to venture far. From eclectic burger joints and ethnic cafes to fine dining with world-renown chefs, you'll find something to get excited about. And if you do decide to leave your "hood", downtown San Antonio and the Riverwalk are just steps away. At the Riverwalk you can experience outdoor dining at its finest at one of the many restaurants that line the San Antonio river. Or get some of the best Mexican food in town at one of the many long-standing family-owned Mexican restaurants in the downtown area.
