I’m not sure what the other person is talking about
Well, we just moved in, part of the new construction. I haven’t seen anything unpleasant but who’s to say what will happen. But there are deputies that live in this neighborhood and I see nice people walking the neighborhood for exercise and with their pets.
Neighborhood not what is advertised
I purchased a home here more than 10 years ago and the neighborhood has really gone down hill. The quality of the homes were as I expected for the price, but the home values have steadily decreased. There have been several break-ins and vandalism from local gangs. Vehicles are constantly parked in the streets, making navigating the streets cumbersome and dangerous for kids. If you are looking for a place to raise a family, I would look elsewhere. Just ride through the established part of the neighborhood and you will get an idea of what your neighborhood will look like in a couple of years.
