Tread with Caution
Corner of San Jacinto County, accessed though Montgomery County, with address in Cleveland (Liberty County) -- ignored by all. Roads normally close to impassable. "May" be able to get usable DSL from AT&T. Power bump or outage nearly every time it rains.
May be able to get a deal on a house, but beware the construction quality; and be sure, the tax appraisers won't.
