Tuscany Bay

Lived in this community for over two years. I worked full time so my wife was the one whom wanted to live in a 55 plus community. The home we brought was so lovely, great view. My wife reported to me that it was a bit more difficult than what she thought to become involved and make friendships here. Not to say that there were people that were very cordial and nice, as our neighbors across the street. Cultural difference's are to be considered also here. Hurricanes are not easy to live through and helped in making our decision to leave Florida.

We have lived here for two years now. It is a beautiful , will maintained community. Plenty to do here at the clubhouse. We did some updating on the home we brought here and repairs along the way. Where you will have the most fun is with the snowbirds that really enjoy this community.

We just moved in to our home here a few months ago and so far, so good. The house itself was very well maintained so we didn't need to make any major repairs, just some fresh paint and quick fixes. The clubhouse is nice and has all the basics like the fitness center, pool, tennis, etc. We're looking forward to getting more involved with the community and meeting more of our neighbors.
