Around TwinEagles
The central amenity of TwinEagles are the two championship golf courses, The Talon Course and The Eagle Course. The Talon Course was designed by Jack Nicklaus, and it has hosted The Chubb Classic, a PGA Tour event, for the last nine years. With championship golf courses come championship amenities, including the Clubhouse, with its 2,500-square foot pool and a 6,500-square foot modern fitness center. The fitness center features yoga and aerobics rooms, as well as stretching areas and locker rooms. The Clubhouse also features steam saunas, billiards, card tables, a meeting room, and a pro shop. Outside, there are two lighted tennis courts and a poolside bar and grill. Further from the Clubhouse are walking paths cutting through nature preserves, more than a dozen lakes, and two community parks. Children at TwinEagles may attend schools in the Collier County Public School District, and the three closest schools are Corkscrew Elementary School, Corkscrew Middle School, and Palmetto Ridge High School.
Most of the activities in the community revolve around the world class golf facilities. Members have access to the course year-round. The Clubhouse features formal, casual and veranda dining with food made by executive chef Chas Tatigian. TwinEagles uses this dining space for many of their events throughout the year, including trivia nights, a New Years Eve party, Easter Brunch buffet, and a Kentucky Derby party. There are also fitness groups, including yoga, tai chi, aqua sessions, and weekly exercises that focus on golf. Residents can also join a tennis league, poker tournaments and a book club.
