their staff and principal are hard to email and the school has horrible ideas for the students especially Longhorn 18 and "character strong"

My daughter just started 6th grade at NRJH this Fall, and so far she has had a great time. At first, I was a little skeptical due to the negative comments posted on this website, but my daughter's experience turned out to be very positive. She has made many friends at school, and these kids sound like wonderful children - friendly, motivated, hardworking and supportive. They bring each other birthday presents and thank-you cards. Whenever someone needs help on their homework/notes, they simply text each other and would get tons of help from other. My daughter loves all her teachers, ELA, social studies, science, math, PE, theater, and band. I had some interaction with the band teachers recently and they are super nice. I feel that the teachers genuinely care about the students and try hard to make them learn. My daughter's grades in every subject have be maintained at 98, 99 and 100, except for science, which is only 95, but I expect it to go up in rest of the semester/year. I am very happy that we chose NRJH, and truly appreciate all the wonderful things that the teachers have done.

BEWARE!! this school was horrible!! I felt like a bad parent everyday that I dropped my daughter off to school. Nolan Ryan was like a zoo for children. The children are extremely wild and cursed like adults. My daughter was bullyed and was attacked physically twice before I went ahead and pulled her out of school and put her in a private home school. My child cried everyday begging me not to make her go to school.

This is the first time my kids at this school. I wish I have came, and look around at this school before I moved here. Trying to get in contact with teacher, and principal is impossible!! They smile on your face while your complaints go unnoticed. They good about not wanting you to go to admission, want to take care of the problem, but do they no!! I have never been to a school where kids do whatever they want say what they want, and teachers do nothing.
