Our children have attended LTISD schools since kindergarten and are now at LTHS and continue to have a good experience.

not good. teachers don't care, the kids are mean, there's bugs in the bathrooms, athletes get special treatment, the girls here only talk to people that are skinny and if they're parents have money.

Will see if this review stays up. Last week my review and 15 others were deleted on the same day within about 5 minutes. Apparently someone doesn't want the truth to be told. This school is a hot mess. The inmates are truly running the asylum. The school is too big and the administration cannot control it. There are a lot of drugs and the vaping problem sf huge. Athletes are given preferential treatment and often have disciplinary issues magically disappear as if they never happened. If you can swing rigor of AP and honors classes you can get a decent education here. If you are in on level classes and truly want to learn it will not be easy as lots of kids don't care about learning and are distractions in the classroom. The sad part is that several years ago this was a really great school that had a great reputation with Texas colleges and universities. Pretty soon, they will catch on that Lake Travis ain't what it used to be. I have had one to graduate but we pulled the second one out. Incredible how much this school has changed...and not for the better.

The experience is pretty good, mostly due to the teachers. The rest is eh. College preparedness is a plus though.
