John F Peeler Elementary School

I love Peeler Elementary - students, staff, community, and my District. We are a smaller school than some in our District which offers more opportunities for us as Teachers to know our students and assist and prepare them for future Academic success. At Peeler Elementary, we have a new Principal this year who has made wonderful adjustments for students, teachers, staff, and our families with her expertise in leading our school. Her motives and plans have proven to be for the betterment of our student's success and safety. Our Principal follows the protection guidelines established by our District and enforces them; it has proven to be for the safety and comfort of ALL of us. Please do come join us at Peeler Elementary. I am their Music Teacher and look forward to meeting you and having your student in our class and/or work with you as a new staff, faculty member.

Our school was one of the best schools in DISD til the district contracted a new principal that is so strict and wants everything to be perfect too many expectations but she does not do nothing for the students wants to change everything in a week things that the last principal did during 25 years, parents can't enter to school during morning the pre-k students cry and she just said hurry up bell is gonna ring, this is a mess rhere are not enough teacher because she is not sure to contract the teachers so what we need to do abot this no one knows just we need to wait and see if she change!!

Our school is unique because of great staff and very rigorous academic expectations for our students. All students are educated with college readiness in mind. Students are respected and they show respect in return.

On of the best schools because of our ability to reach our student. Both staff and students are great.
