Amazed at the quality of education my children are receiving both in and out of the classroom. The teachers care about their students and help them excel.

My daughter has been to two other elementary schools before moving to Negley, and they do not even compare. The Negley staff is so wonderful and welcoming. The teachers are invested in helping their students reach their potential. Even the janitors go above and beyond to help the children and make us parents feel welcomed.

We moved from out of state and I did some research prior to coming here on all the elementary schools. I'm so glad we came here!! Negley has exceeding our expectations. I have a kinder and 1st grader and they LOVE it here. Mrs. Sparks is the best kindergarten teacher we could ever ask for. Both of my kids have loved the extracurricular programs and after school clubs. Running Club and Art Club was the highlight of their week. Fantastic staff who allow parental involvement in the classroom. Definitely recommend this school.

I am very impressed by this community school. My son attended here long ago when it first opened and it seems as though the school just gets better and better. My daughter is currently attending Negley and I have to say that the staff, and administration has always been very supportive. If I have an issue to discuss, I call the school directly. I've met with teachers and administration a number of times. AND although we don't always agree I have to remind myself that I am just one parent. AND I don't know what goes on behind the scenes. I trust that the campus is doing what is right for kids and what is in the kids' best interest. I love the morning assemblies, although I know that the school has gotten flack from other parents about them.... they are a great time for students to interact and get the same message. I know my daughter remembers those messages as opposed to the ones that were done over the intercom in class... she couldn't remember anything because they had started morning work. I also think teachers need that extra time to work and get ready for the day. Other schools either don't open until 7:20 or they make kids sit in the halls waiting or in the gym anyway, so why not start the day with an assembly! This is a very welcoming campus. With the rise in safety issues in our world the campus has had to crack down on policies- but also has to balance allowing families to visit classes, lunch etc... they have done an excellent job of making a school feel both safe and welcoming. I love this campus-
