This is a wonderful school my kids love it. I'm sorry to hear all the bad news of the focus room. When I asked my kids about it they have never even heard of this room. This is the best school my kids have ever gone to the principal is very nice and involved with the children along with all the teachers and staff everyone always has a great attitude. My daughter was being bullied at the beginning of the year and after speaking to the principal there was quick intervention and she was moved to another class after that I have never had any problems my daughter loves her new class and her new teacher.

We love Carl Schurz. The Friday assemblies are excellent. My children have done very well and they love their teachers. I recommend this school to all of my friends!!

Excellent staff, attentive teachers and vested principal. Superb communication via newsletters and they actively encourage parental participation via the proper background check. I feel my children are safe, learning, flourishing and thriving at Carl Schurz Elementary.
