Freiheit Elementary School

Freiheit Elementary is a great school. The teachers are highly involved and interested in students and are highly responsive to parents. My child felt cared for while attending this school and preferred it over the private school he attended previously.

I live on a county line which took my son to a school 1.7 miles away, Clear Springs Elementary. It was a nice school, new to the also new Avery Springs neighborhood. My son liked it very much but the teachers didn't have the teaching skills for his special needs. My son is A.D.H.D type 3. They transferred him to Freiheit Elementary and I couldn't be more happy, it's half the distance too! The staff at Freiheit are wonderful with my son. They all work together to do what is best for my son and it shows in his school work, grades and his behavior. If a teaching technique doesn't work, then they keep trying with different ones until they find out what works for my little man. If you want your child to go to a school where the staff are truly caring, and are experienced, then I highly recommend this school. I would also like to take the time to especially acknowledge Mr. David Nielson, and the wonderful work that he does. When my son told me that he wanted to be a teacher just like Mr. Nielson, I knew we struck gold ;-)
