Santa Fe High School

I graduated from Santa Fe and wouldn't choose anywhere else for my daughter also. My daughter does well in Santa Fe. We love it! It's a small town with lots of friendly people. No school is perfect it is a little overcrowded but the teachers and staff are super friendly. I recommend this school out of everywhere else.

My husband and I graduated from Santa Fe High in 2000. We both went on obtain a masters and doctorate degree. The students for the most part are nice at SFISD. The city is sterotyped as a bunch of "red necks" but there are a lot of good people in Santa Fe. I would not live anywhere else and believe me I have lived a lot of places. My children attend SFISD elementary and we like the school. I just want people to know SFHS does not always get the credit it deserves. Several of my friends who attended SFISD are now a Dentist, Physical Therapist, Pharmacist, Veterinarians, Teachers, etc. SFISD produces educated people! My only suggestion is I wish the school would put more money into their Career Technology program for seniors. The kids need more vocational certifications so they can go to work right after high school!
