Beautiful Area Lots of Things Coming

Beautiful homes, plenty of events and weekly activities within the community. The neighborhood is very quiet, lots of places to go for a jog or bike. I wish the fitness center was larger but it is good enough to get a quick workout. They are building a new LA fitness about 3 miles away near Kroger so I am excited for that! Very close to the upcoming PGA headquarters, new Cheek Middle School which will be open in 2023 and a lot of retail and development is in the works for 380. Union Park Elementary is in the heart of the neighborhood and is great for my son! I only anticipate this area to continue to boom and as a homeowner here, I cannot give enough recommendation for this area!
