I lived here for my senior year and I hated every minute. They created more stress and issues for me than I'd ever thought I would have to deal with. There are always maintenance issues. Always. I had my fuse box blow, my shower fixtures ripped out (they didn't tell me they were going to do this or when it would be done), and a window fall in. These were just the major issues I've had to deal with and all of these issues were not dealt with immediately. I waited a all weekend for my window to be fixed because their "emergency" maintenance line would only go to voicemail and never called me back. All of my perishable food was lost when I lost power because their "emergency" maintenance line doesn't actually work.M mailbox was also broke for months after I put in a maintenance request and they said they fixed it. Also, they intercept your packages so that you'll never get them. Their system is to accept all of your packages, log them, notify you that they have them, and then never have anyone in the office so that you can come pick them up or have them delivered DAYS after they are actually delivered to them. I have had packages lost for days before I got them. Their staff is indifferent and unhelpful. These people ONLY care about your wallet. Once you sign your lease they dump you in your room with no instructions about where to get you mail, how to get your mail, or where everything or even how everything works! Then, when you contact the office for help or to complain they apologize and continue treating you like you're not paying a ridiculous price to live there with such terrible staff.
