If your child is black, don't send them to this school. Many of the teachers and staff are racist and treat the black children poorly, often singling them out and bullying them. There are fights in school due to white children calling black children the N-word. This school does not promote inclusion or an anti-bullying environment (if your child is black). Horrible school with a "good'ole boy" Mechanicsville mentality.

Our daughter will graduate CMS this year and our son is so looking forward to attending. The teachers and staff have been exceptional, caring and knowledgeable and we have experienced incredible support. I would recommend this school to any family seeking a great education in a warm, family-oriented environment.

Chickahominy is a horrible school. Everything about it is bad (teachers, kids, food, etc.). Seriously though DON'T GO HERE. EVER!
