Great school in a great community with lots of involvement.

It depends on the teacher you get, if you have to deal with the principal issues won’t be resolved.

The principal at this school treats others poorly and is a bully. Chesterfield needs to screen employees better. I want my child to go to a school where staff members lead by a good example. My daughter along with other kids have come home and said they watch a lot of movies at Gordon Elementary. We want our kids challenged and want the teachers to teach our kids not a screen.

Excellent! The new principal has faced all kinds of adversity in her first two months (hurricanes, tornadoes, bus shortages) and done it all exceptionally well with a smile on her face. They have taken exceptional care of my kindergartener who needs some extra support and care throughout the day. I couldn't be more pleased with the teachers, staff and leadership at Gordon Elementary!
