Excellent Gilbert Neighborhood

Have a good friend that lives in this neighborhood and they love it. Totally renovated the home because of older finishes but the layout is great and the area is great. Right around the corner from Gilbert HS and plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Close to the 60 freeway too which is nice.
