The clubhouse is huge and has pretty much everything. You couldn't possibly be without something to do here. Our home has great water views and plenty of room for the kids to visit at the holidays. We spend most of our time at the clubhouse or relaxing at home. The pools are especially nice and I really like the resistance pool. It's really quiet now that all the construction is done. Seems like the resale homes here are keeping their value pretty well too.
