Valencia Village

I have never seen community policies and services as bad as at Valencia. Will be selling my house here, that’s how bad it is! Your car and your guests’ cars are constantly towed away, because you have to register it every night. Which is ok I guess if it’s very nessasry though. We never had parking problems, why would the community add that very uncomfortable towing rule... I was told by police that the community makes money on it, so it makes sense for me now why they all of a sudden need it to be so strict. Dogs poop situation - never taken care of. There are max 3 doog poop stations in the whole community, so no surprise dog owners dont usually clean it, way too far to go for a bag. Community doesnt even spend money on proper dog bags, they literally put used plastic bags in the stations. Come in guys, and its after we pay around $450/month HOA. I would only wish my worst enemy to leave here.
