Area Floods stay away!

We lived in Valley View for 15 years on Arbor Lane from 1982 to 1997. The 1st flood came in 1986 and more came in the years ahead. It still floods on Rt. 53 and into Arbor Lane, our house is no longer there as we were bought out in 1997 by FEMA. Don't buy in here unless you are near the back of sub. If you are in flood plain DON'T BUY! Just trying to save you from floods!
