Victory at Verrado

We visited friends who live in Victory at Verrado in October, 2020. We instantly fell in love with the small town atmosphere, tree lined streets, and how friendly the people were. We ended up buying a lot that weekend and are currently in the process of having a home built for us. We can't wait to move in. 😁

Visited this community yesterday. Nice homes. The worst facilities available of any adult community I have ever visited. The fitness room, arts and crafts, meeting room (?), pool are very small and inadequate for a community that has plans for 3,500 homes. The only facility Victory has that "looks" decent, from afar, is the golf course.

We are presently building a new home in Victory and cannot wait to enjoying this one of a kind community. We have over the past several years check out so many communities and this one just continued to stick in our minds. The views are outstanding and along with Verrado what not to like. This community has everything we have been looking for and more.

This was not a place I thought I would like because of the location but it is actually very convenient. The freeway is right at the community and there is so much inside that you rarely need to go anywhere. Very well done with their models and community center.
