We are in our 60's & decided to start looking for a place to retire. We were delighted to find Victorian Estates. It is the right size with 179 homes in a variety of models. The style of homes are Victorian or Craftsman & very well maintained. It is a pet friendly place with very friendly people. There are plenty of activities to attend. The HOA fees are reasonable & pay for trash p.u., street lights & care of common areas. There is a pool, steam room, Spa, pool table, a well run library & kitchen facilities. We don't play golf or tennis but those things are nearby as is shopping. We are happy with our decision to live In Victorian Estates.

I wanted a small, gated community and the location of Victoria Estates was ideal for me since I still work. I like that it is a simple community with very friendly neighbors.
